Talk about full circle… maybe too much info for some hahah but I feel like there’s a power in the bleed.
I started my trip to the island on the last day of my period and drove off the ferry straight to Courtney and Caleb’s house to photograph the birth of Ziggy and then on the last day of my trip, on the last day of my period I stopped in again to photograph them as a family of four and then drove straight to the ferry and went back to the mainland.
Divine timing…
Also I am extremely thankful for Courtney and her faith and trust in me taking only film photos for this session to capture that 70’s vibe and create photos like we had in our baby books with one eye open and someone yawning. The imperfect perfect moments that I feel we miss out on now days with digital photography.
